John Darsow

Hi, my web-site is about my engineering and research stuff. Or how I made or make it and what I have found out about things.

For now the OpenLCB DNode is the most complete section, more will come as I have the time.

Having electric trains and slot cars as a kid I found electrical stuff fascinating. After high school I went for my AA degree in Computer Electronics (I never did get that OpAmp class done). After that my jobs mostly were in AutoCAD drafting and network support, now called IT.

I also worked with/for my Father from whom I learned so very much and so many skills. He built test and measurement equipment for the semiconductor and disk memory industries and much more.

The Tools I use:

AutoCAD 2000i, the last upgrade I could afford, I started with version 2.52.
Microchips MPlab X
Apache NetBeans
KiCad, had used Eagle

Always UNDER Under Construction CONSTRUCTION.
